Performs great with a solid price tag to match! The bands are very strong and durable—not too mention easy to tie and wrap around your body, or other objects.

I ordered these Lianjindun 5 Pcs Professional Resistance Bands for my legs to get stronger. I'm 64 years old, and my legs are pretty weak. They don't take up much space, and you just put them in a small bag. I like that they included a little instruction sheet, but I'm working with a physical therapist, and she has some great advice for using them. The colors are very vibrant, and they have different resistance with each resistance band. I highly recommend using these resistance bands, and you can also use them for your arms. Hope this helps!!

Great bands. Different resistance weights are color coded. Sturdy and priced right.

Good selection of strengths and they arrived quickly and seem well-made. My one disappointment is that they're just 5ft long. That's my bad for not paying closer attention to the description. Therabands are longer, like six feet, which makes them more useful when using them in doorways and to pull down from overhead. Be aware of the length difference.

These bands were very good and worked very well and have not broken yet. I highly recommend them for their different resistance levels clearly noted.

Enjoying these resistance bands. I use them in Pilates so it allows me to get a deeper stretch and move with more intention.

Long enough for doing standing curls with both arms while standing on the band. Long enough to tie it together and shorten to whatever length you want while easily being able to undo your knot.

Ordered, arrived. Apparently that's all I can say about this product. Touchy, touchy.
