Attractive, cut echo
The tiles look really nice, and they are good at cutting echo. They are not for soundproofing, but if you have a room that is overly noisy, especially with wood floors, they help quite a lot. I put twelve in the office to help stop echos since people were complaining when I was on calls. Here is the secret to adhering them to your walls without destroying the paint or even the wallboard. Put strips of blue painter tape across the wall, and put an adhesive on top the tape. I've tried a couple types of strong tape, and for the most part, it won't work long term. Gradually they fall off. What does work is hot melt glue. It gets into the fibers well, which tape doesn't, is quick to apply, and it sticks to the painter tape. Spray adhesives are messy, so I don't recommend those. When you're tired of the panels, peel them away, and the tape shouldn't have messed up the wall, at least not too much.

Glue doesn't hold
I absolutely hate the fact that the glue doesn't hold at all! I'm done looking for another brand

WORST PRODUCT EVER DO NOT BUY!!!
This absolutely ruined my studio. It does not stay the same size even after you let it cure for days once you put it up the adhesive first of all does not stick properly and then it will begin to shrink, and then you will realize you’ve wasted all this money for the crappiest looking studio ever. Now I have to power sand, the walls to get the excess that I can’t rip off and I have to purchase all new foam from a reputable company and my entire project is postpone because this is gonna be expensive dude I’m so angry right now at the load of work I have to do all because I was cheap and bought from Amazon when I should’ve bought from a reputable supplier, this is a huge regret and now I have more work to do screw you!

Easy to Install- look great in control room
We purchased these to use outside (the control side) of a sound room for audiologic testing purposes. They look great- and give the control room a professional feel. They absorbed the sound sufficiently in a very lively room. Very pleased with purchase

More than slight odor, great self Adhesive, good overall
I like it overall, but the smell was a but more than slight. Opened it before work. When I got home the odor really hit me in the face as I opened the door to my room. I was already a little carsick, this intensified the carsick feeling. Had to open my window for many hours before I stopped noticing it. Then I shut my window, left the house, and when I returned the odor hit me hard again. Not the biggest deal if it goes away soon, but hasn't yet. Just wasn't too pleasant and was unexpected. Also, taking a while for some of them to expand all the way. I thought some of them just wouldn't sll, but after they sat for a day, it seems like they are continuing to grow a bit. Some are still expanding now like 3or 4 days since I unwrapped them. On the brighter side, most of them expanded very quickly. The self Adhesive is also very strong. Haven't noticed a huge difference in the sound yet, but definitely slightly quieter than it was by a little. Haven't yet covered the entire wall either.

Helps reduce noise
Used for sound deadening on my boat in the engine compartment. Cut the noise by over half.

overpriced junk
You can feel the material is cheap, low quality. It doesn't absorb any echo at all. Totally a waste of money.

Excellent product.
I bought these panels more for for decoration than their acoustic properties. Though I have to admit I can tell they have had a slight effect at reducing the the echo in this room. I could imagine a whole wall of them would be very noticeable & they do work as described. The tiles are heavier than I expected & they are very well made. They accurately fit together with no gaps & as a decoration they certainly make a statement.I used large 3M Command Strips to hang each one. The strips adhere to these panels with a strong grip & I recommend you use them to hang these panels. All in these are a very good product & a good price. I would recommend them primarily for decoration though & not for a huge sound deadening effect.
