The original processor I ordered came and it had a big crack in the lid. I emailed the company right away asking if I could get a replacement lid. Unfortunately, they don’t have just the lids, but they did send me a brand new processor at no cost to me! They were super easy to get ahold of and it took them no time at all to get the new one shipped out!Also, Thai food processor is AMAZING! If you’re hesitant, you shouldn’t be. It runs so smoothly!

The media could not be loaded. it stopped working after 120 days. I tried chopping some meat in it and it only spun around like a couple times, it quit I could not get it to work again. Try different outlets tried various solutions and nothing. It did great with vegetables no problems, but if you want to chop meat, it will kill it.

I shredded lettuce. Did pretty good considering it's iceberg for my elderly parent. But one plastic foot that slides into locked position broke right off the bat. Still 2 others in working order. I want to love this little guy but will it stay in place now under a heavier load than light weight lettuce? I would hate to have it go flying off under pressure. Will update.Not making hummus or pesto as smooth as I have on my old processor. Blades? Will be returning.

This food processor is barely acceptable. The motor slows down as you shred, and there has been a burning smell after a half dozen uses. I grate carrots about twice a week. During each experience the motor bogs down during operation, and the motor has a hint of a burning smell.Also, the gap between the blade and the lid is large enough that a third of the carrot (in length) goes un-shredded and just spins around. This also happened this evening while I was grating cheese (not the burning smell, but a large chunk doesn't get shredded).

I had been looking for a food processor for some time and came upon this, it is just the product I was looking for. I had to chop a lot of vegetables for my old and new recipes, this food processor is very powerful and sharp, it chops the vegetables into all kinds of different fine shapes as you needed and so much faster than chopping it myself. Cleaning was also easy with just raising it up after use. I’m glad I brought this, I would no longer have to chop the vegetables one by one like before, preparing and cooking are easier, faster and fun for me.

When I reached out to customer service, they claimed that they don't make this model anymore and offered me a discount (of 15%) to purchase a new one. The listing says it holds a 1 year warranty. They do not offer to replace with a current model or fix the existing item, just *sorry for your luck and our crappy product*. Amazon should not allow these products to be sold on their website.
