I bought a stapler that I need these for a few years ago. I never got to use it because I couldn't find staple. I love Amazon because they have everything. I found my brand new stapler in the bottom of my tool box. The staple work perfect, shipped fast and great price.

Purchased staples for IDL Packaging HSP-12 Heavy-Duty Metal Plier Stapler and they fit perfect and are very well made. Was able to staple easily through about a 1/2" cardboard with no issues. Highly recommended.

These staples were an exact fit for my old staple gun and solved the problem of going to store after sore in search for staples to fit.

These do fit Bostich T5-8 stapler. While the base p/n STCR5019 is shown on the door to staples compartment, you have to specify width and length, in this case 7/16 by 1/2 inches. (Some confusion as width sometimes given as 29/64.) I don't know what -8 means. I measured staples that came with the stapler. Mine is classic red. 1/2 inch staples are long, may not penetrate fully attaching thin material to wood. Besides the force needed to operate the stapler as someone pointed out herein, the door is difficult to move up to open, I use side of pliers to push on its end.

Buy lots of packs. Fir you and others you know that have the t5 stapler. It’s a old school staple. That they are trying to weed out of production due to its OLD. But they work. There inforcing people to buy all bran new tools. Why they fall apart. But the old old old ones don’t. I’m using my father’s fathers stapler. And works great. So buy lots of packs.
