As a first-time user of a massage chair, I must say that this luxurious piece of furniture has transformed my daily relaxation into a truly satisfying experience. This chair completely changed my relaxation habits and quickly became a family favorite. It's so popular that we put it in the living room and everyone is happy to give it a try.The first thing that struck me about this chair was its comfort. The material of this chair is incredibly soft and comfortable, and its contour is very suitable for my body. It's almost like being embraced by a cloud! After a long day, this is the perfect place to relax my body and mind, and I massage at least once a day.Advanced features provide a range of massage techniques, including kneading, tapping, and finger pressure, making me feel rejuvenated and stress-free. This chair features a remote control that allows me to adjust the intensity, speed, and duration of the massage to customize the massage experience. Like a real masseur giving me a massage, this chair makes me feel incredibly comfortable and effectively relieves my muscle soreness. The position of the massage roller is perfect and can target the most problematic areas. After use, I immediately feel relieved.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. This massage chair exceeded my expectations in every way and quickly became an essential part of my daily life.

Had bought a basic massage a couple of years just to learn the basics of what I did or did not like. Researched for a year trying to find the right balance of functionality and value. Knew of the keys criteria was 4D capabilities and the ability to customize the massage.....decided on this one from both a research and timing perspective - xmas.First, I will say the delivery was easy and better than I expected considering I needed it brought around to the back of the house basement level. Unpacking was easy and the ability to tilt it and roll it into place rolling it on casters by myself was awesome. Assembly was done by my 15 yr old son in 10 mins with a screw driver.Now to the important part. I am in my 50s, 6'2" 230 lbs. One of my concerns was making sure someone my size could fit into an Asian built chair. Both myself and my wife 5'5" 135 lbs fit into it perfectly. I would say this chair could easily handle some 40 lbs heavier but would caution for someone 6'3" or taller.This is a day 1 review but my wife and have spent hours trying all of the automated preset massages as well as customizing various features. I personally like more of a deep tissue massage and was quite impressed. My wife enjoys more of the comfort massage and she was equally impressed. The massage of the feet was surprisingly awesome. The TouchPad is both responsive and simple to use :) We have not played with the AI/voice capabilities yet but will be doing so over the next couple of days.Have I had a better massage from a massage chair... yes, but those chairs were in the $7000+ range. This chair has exceeded expectations and knocks it out of the park from a value perspective!!

Awesome! Then broke in less then a week 👎🏿

I first tried the chair at my cousin’s house. Loved it so much that I bought one the following week. It definitely feels amazing. However, don’t be fooled by the “scheduled delivery” date. I had mine scheduled for February 5. Took off work and everything. It never came. Spoke to customer service and they stated that that’s an estimated date and that the chair would actually be delivered within 2 weeks. Which completely threw off my schedule. What’s the point of having a scheduled delivery option if you’re just going to deliver it whenever you want??

I rarely leave a review, but I have to say that I am extremely impressed with this purchase. I love the aesthetics, build quality, and the features. This chair both accommodates my wife's petite 5'2" frame and my 6'2" heavy 280lb frame (with just a few button presses to lengthen the shoulder height and bend the legs downward to fit their length). I knew it would be difficult to find a chair that could support both of us, but the Pudo 2023 4D chair does it well. The massages are so good. I don't want to leave the chair. The various modes and options are great. My only gripes are I wish the beeps when you tap the buttons weren't so loud. The operation and manual functions took me several days to get used to. Other than that, 5 out of 5 stars.

Less than 90 days and already stopped working correctly. The back massager no long moves on the track.

However, after using this massage chair for a few days, we experienced a significant improvement. The fatigue? Gone! It is now an integral part of my daily life.
