PME Sugarcraft 16" Icing Ruler Straight Edge - Stainless Steel

Arrived in timely fashion, well packed. I’m not an expert but I think it has helped me to achieve a better top surface to a royal-iced cake.

Due to the picture, reason for deducting one star : I thought there was an edge that was turned over and therefore thicker and easier to grip however this is just a flat piece. I personally find it easier to use a straight edge with one side slightly thicker for grip, for most others this probably isn't an issue.

i used this to cover my christmas cakes in royal icing, its a tricky technique to get use to but ill have lots of practice every year.

Arrived on time but is less rigid than required. Tendency to bend a little giving a crown green effect to cakes.
