We have had this ice maker a month now and it is great. Makes ice quickly and recovers fast. We use a lot of ice boating and this has saved a ton of time and money buying bags of ice.The only drawback is the drain location on the back of the machine, as it sits well below most drain pipes in the wall.

Purchased this machine, paid for a plumber and an electrician to come in and install, and after one week, not producing ice.Getting an E2 code, after following all of the instructions on how to potentially rectify the issue, it’s still not working. Biggest waste of money. Buyer Beware.

We purchased this unit as a supplemental ice machine. With sports, and work in the summer, the freezer ice maker would get a bit overwhelmed by dinner time. This was a perfect addition. Fast acting, easy to use. Thinking about another as a wedding present.

The product is just too noisy and I don’t like the way it drains. Would be nice if there was a way for the water to be recycled when being used in the freestanding mode and not hooked up to your sink. Instead I’m using a bucket to catch the water when the ice melts from not being used😒

I bought ice maker because I don’t like refrigerator ice! I like the size of the cubes & it’s always full of ice. I never run out of ice anymore.

This ice machine puts out a lot of ice. In the texas heat it is nice to have a high output ice machine. Not a very big foot print.

The ice was not solid, it shut off on its own all the time, never made a whole bin of ice.
