Battery Operated Bug Zapper
I love it! It works perfectly! It has safety features that I really like too. You turn it on, but it doesn't work unless you press a button to keep people and pets safe.

Works well, kills insects of various sizes
I looked at a bunch of these swatters to replace our old Christmas Tree Shop one, which lasted a while with taping on the battery cover (poor construction wasn't surprising since it cost about five bucks). I used to have one of the original as seen on TV ones with the single layer of rungs, so I was looking at those. There aren't many to choose from, and this kind may be better, because it often immediately catches the fly inside the net and you can make sure he's really fried, not just stunned and dropped. The single rung ones used to kill/stun but then drop most of them, and I'd be looking for flies on the floor. We've killed many flies, a bee (inside the house, thought it was a fly till we got him!), a mosquito, and even got at least two fruit flies so far. We've been using them about a month. It does seem to work best if you can trap the fly against some surface with the racket net, then spark him till he falls inside the net. Keep frying it inside the racket net after you get him in there to make sure he's good and dead. They'll fry until they smoke and even explode into smaller bits, so be careful around food, clean dishes, and makeup brushes. The battery cover, buttons, and switch seem soundly made (I'll update this review if there's an issue). The rackets seem slightly overpriced---like they could probably go for ten instead of fifteen---but it's not so far off fair value. Given the poor results a lot of buyers had with other swat rackets, I just bought another pair of these. I wish they were a little longer, but then again, it'd also be handy if they were flexible like a regular fly swatter. (And upon consideration, the short size may help you get a better angle against surfaces.) You don't always get everything you wish for in a product, but here you'll at least get one that honestly performs as it says it will. P.S. For people who wish it were rechargeable, we got some rechargeable batteries for ours. Not quite the same thing, but you're not using up batteries. Although in these items batteries last a long while, whether you're using traditional or rechargeable.

Works as intended and worth the price
The zapper has a convenient size. It works as intended and there is no issues with cleaning it after zapping since just shaking it slightly will drop the bugs easily out of the zapper. There is also no smell, the noise while zapping is also minimal. Only issue we had when it arrived was that the metallic wiring inside was a little misaligned and caused for electric noises even when nothing was being zapped, we adjusted the wire a little bit with help of tweezers and it works fine now.

Great product. Quick ship. I’ve been using this at work for a year. Bought one for home.

This Thing is Zappin’ Awesome!
So far it works great! I love the safety switch—it means I won’t accidentally zap myself mid-swat (been there, done that). This thing turns me into a bug-slaying ninja. Flies don’t stand a chance. Mosquitos? Toast. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and oddly satisfying to wield. Honestly, I might start charging neighbors for my pest control services. Highly recommend!

Works GREAT!!
We previously bought a popular brand that needed charging every so often. I went to replace it and came across this brand and thought to give it a try. It works SO GOOD!! So much better than the first “popular brand”. It gets tiny little fruit flies that the other wouldn’t get. I was concerned about this one taking batteries vs charging (bc we all run out of batteries when we need them right NOW, am I right?!), but not an issue at all. It seems to have more power than the original one and is still going strong after a month! BONUS, you get 2 of these vs my original ONE. BOTTOM LINE: 5/5 stars. Do recommend. No complaints so far, but wouldn’t mind a darker color vs white. White shows all the bug guts.

Doesn't kill houseflies
When I received my fly swatter I put brand new batteries in and went on the hunt for a house fly that had infiltrated my home. Either I got lucky, or the batteries only stay fresh for a short time, because when I hit that first fly it blew him into two pieces. However, since then I’ve swatted several more house flies and NONE of them died. My husband smacked one, turned around to grab a tissue, and when he turned back the fly was gone. The swatter still makes a loud POP when I hit them, by fly number 4 didn’t even hit the floor, it kept flying! They seem dazed at best. I’ve recently moved to a new state that has some really nasty bugs, and my first day here I was chased off my porch by an aggressive bug which I thought was a wasp, but I’ve since learned is a deer fly. These things are big and nasty! They’re not just the extra-large flies you might find at a barn, but a nasty aggressive bug who gives painful bites. Because this flyswatter doesn’t even kill house flies, I’m afraid to take it out onto my porch to swat at deer flies. I don’t want to make them mad and incite their wrath. So I am still running back into the house screaming like a toddler whenever one comes around.

Effective and also fun to use.
But this is a gift before we went camping and it was very well received. We were actually hoping bugs would come by us so that we could use this thing. Lol.
