Good replacements for originals.
These were obviously updated versions of the original once fitted to our toilet seat. Modifications were. required to make them fit. In each case the 2 fixing projections were 32mm centres and intended for 6mm dia. hole, (the original ones were 40 x 5mm dia.) thus making it necessary to drill a new 6mm hole, (slightly out of line), for one fixing, and open the other out to 6mm. I used a wood filler to fill reduntant holes, but they are hidden under the buffer anyway . Result, perfect!

OE for Heritage seat, but check centres.
These are exactly what they say, however... My fault but check the size you order because I ordered them for a Heritage loo seat and it turns out there are two different sizes, meaning that the peg centres on the new buffers were further apart than the holes in my seat - so I had to re-drill some holes. Not difficult and now invisible after attaching the buffers, the old holes are concealed under the new buffer.

Perfect!
This little set came as something of a surprise. In the past I’ve struggled to get ‘Heritage’ spare parts. These were not only easy to find on the internet at a very reasonably price, rthey arrived promptly and were a perfect match (only one buffer had snapped off). It was straightforward to fit & I now have some spares! Thank you!

Beauty On The Underside Of Our Loo Seat
How can you love a set of loo seat buffers? Well - if like me you are faced with a broken hinge on a quite expensive Croydex solid oak seat, which broke due to insufficient buffers being fitted to the underside of the seat - Croydex only fitted two at the front end, leaving the rear of the seat to be taken care of by the hinges - not a cool idea! To be fair Croydex did send me a couple of buffers FOC, but they were the wrong size and colour, and if I used them I would be a bit miffed every time I lifted the seat! So I ordered this buffer set from Heritage, and although the wholes for the pegs didn't line up they were far enough away from the original holes for the existing buffers that I was able to change the lot and have a nice tidy underside to our posh loo seat, to be admired every time I lift the loo seat (of course the wife doesn't have this problem - except when cleaning the loo!). Well done Heritage!

Used hammer to fit them under the Ikea seat.
The Heritage toilet seat buffers are rather good but not as soft and rubbery as our previous ones. Those are made out of plastic. The colour match perfectly medium / light wooden seat.I got it for the Ikea wooden seat not the Heritagae one and I used the two little buffers as the 5th one because Ikea seats have 5 large buffers under the seat not 4. Despite the same distance between the little pegs under they were hard to put in, I had to use hammer to force them in.

Heritage WC Wood Toilet Seat Buffer set in Yellow Oak
Arrived two days ahead of time originally stated. Well packaged. Good colour to tone with our wooden toilet seat. Compatible with original siting of buffers but I would advise that you carefully measure before buying. They appear to be robust. All round an excellent product.

Seem OK- so far
Fitted perfectly, albeit colour not a match to original as no longer available. I hope these last longer than 6 months. Pity they keep falling out- now lost one, no doubt flushed away. My wife fished one out s few times, but this went unnoticed. Seems like they need strong glue as well as the pegs.
