Fabric quality is not good

Its not linen for sureCloth is rough to touch and its not cotton eitherHaider Ali and sons u relly need to up the material,I m keepnig it just because I don't want ur loss otherwise I would have have returned itCplur is good but what to do of colour if the cloth gives me rashes because it's not linen by any angle
