Grandkids loved making these and have the patterns to make more of them.

Bought for a wrok colleagues birthday.She has just taken up crochet and these were an ideal beginners choice.

Bought this kit to make my girlfriend some succulents for her birthday as she loves plants. Since this said beginner I assumed it would take me a few hours to make one plant after figuring out the basics.No.I've sat for 3 hours between looking at the booklet and watching the audioless YouTube videos to try and step by step follow along for even one plant.I've given it 3 stars because what is included in the box seems like good quality and I believe once created they'll look good.

I should have read the reviews before I bought. I'm new to crochet and really wanted to learn with something cute but MY GOD, these instructions are wild! Think I'll have to buy a different beginners kit and maybe revisit this when I have a basic knowledge.

I’ve put unstoppables in the bottom and will gift them as sock drawer smellies. Great idea for Xmas.Only gripe is that the quality of the wool, whilst really good and works up well - it seems to be the ends of loom as there are lots of splits and knots. Otherwise I’d give 10/10

If you are beginning crochet I don’t recommend buying this, as it’s so difficult. It would be for someone well used to it and can already crochet the different stitches. Not able to use this!

My daughter 13yrs found this very hard. Not for beginners.

This kit has everything you need including scissors! I like that they have left handed videos as the instructions are a bit difficult to understand without watching what to do. I will say that if you are a beginner who has NEVER crocheted before at all, this kit might be too difficult. I have done a few wooble kits and this is the first non-wooble kit I have tried and there is no way I would know what to do if I had started with this one. If you have a little bit of experience already this kit is perfect!

The patterns were very easy to follow and it is convenient to have all the materials in one kit. I loved this and will be looking to purchase different designs!

These are absolutely ADORABLE patterns. The yarn is so soft, instructions are fairly easy to follow, however the patterns and videos do not sync up all the time. For example, the written soil instructions say the last round (round 8) is double crochet, however the video ends with round 7 and never does the 8th round for double crochet. Theres missing details here and there like chain 1, etc. I also did not have enough white yarn to make all 6 white flowers,, i only had enough for 5, so they need to check the yqrn quantities.. Otherwise very nice kit.

PROS: The finished products look like those pictured, which are super cute!The yarn is... okay. It comes apart easily, so you have to be careful. But I didn't have any issues with the yarn breaking.CONS:1) This is not a kit for beginners. The instructions have many mistakes (from typos to incorrect stitches), and jump around. The videos are marginally helpful if you already have some basic crochet skills. I was able to figure a way through most of the errors from previous experience.2) Maybe I was stitching too loosely, but I ran out of yarn after only four of the yellow flowers (supposed to make six).3) I was missing an entire color of yarn (the light yellow shown for the center of the white flowers). Or maybe it was supposed to be the same yellow as the other flowers... In which case, not enough yarn!

My friend LOVED this! It was so fun and worth the money. The kit comes with everything you need!
