I’m very happy with my purchase. The chair is comfortable, sturdy and not cheap looking.

Easy to assemble; carefully packed. Easy instructions. Fabric is soft, velvet-like. Love it! On one of the arms, it is rough where I place my hand. As an experienced furniture restorer, I believe the gritty feeling is sawdust., probably missed before the poly was applied. I always use a tack cloth when I 'm ready to poly. Button plugs are plastic as another reviewer indicated. I bought the 5/8" wood widgets and stained them to match the chair finish. Other than this, I love the chairs. Very comfortable.

These are so nice! Comfortable to sit in, wide space for a bigger person. Love the curve of the arm bars. Wood is smooth and the fabric looks expensive. We bought light camel and it looks exactly like the pictures. We bought these as accent chairs but I find myself sitting in them to read as well!

The pieces included don't match those listed in the instruction. According to the instructions, the base piece of the chair is supposed to have wooden dowels on either side that can connect to both arms, however in reality the piece only has one. The instructions also call for the base to be screwed into both legs but only one of the legs has a hole for screws. The holes on the cushion and arm chair are also not properly lined up so it's impossible to screw the arms to the cushions fully. Both of these issues cause the legs to splay out and unable to support weight. The company contact information given by amazon for this seller is also inaccurate, the number does not go through when called and the website doesn't exist so its impossible to get replacement pieces.

We are pleasantly surprised by how well this chair functions. Easy assembly, relatively comfortable, seems durable, and the price is right.

The first chair arrived damaged in several ways, so I was a little skeptical about asking for a replacement. However, I'm glad I did! For the price especially, this chair looks good, and is easy enough to assemble if you read the directions. Very comfy as well. The true question is always, would you buy it again? Yes!
