I wasn’t sure if an orthopedic pillow would really make a difference – but wow, it did.After just a couple of nights, I could already feel the change. My neck feels so much better in the morning, and I’m actually sleeping deeper.The pillow is super comfortable, supportive in all the right spots, and you can tell it’s made from good quality materials.If you’re dealing with neck pain or just want to sleep better – this is 100% worth trying. I bought this pillow originally because the pervious one id bought was way too big and FIRM ( from a different company) and made my neck very stiff in the morning so i tried out this pillow and then shortly after my spouse fell in love and took over my pillow so i have finally decided to buy another one after waiting almost a year and i love it. i can’t believe i waited so long.i haven’t experienced any problems with ordering from the company itself or from the pillow as stated from other customers. There’s also no smell i’m not sure if others are experiencing that but my experiences have all been great and i’d recommend to you all. the shape of the pillow is nice and makes my neck feel wonderful. the shape of the pillow is well while it’s self isn’t too thick or flimsy. the pillow holds its shape nicely and stays cool. i used to flip my pillow over due to the heat but since i’ve gotten this one it has stayed cool. if you’re debating getting this pillow i don’t see why you shouldn’t. the price is right for what you’re getting. the firmness of the pillow is nice you don’t feel your head sink into the pillow. this pillow also feels like good quality. doesn’t feel like one of those cheap walmart pillows that you throw in the washer and it disintegrates. this feels well made and worth the purchase. i’d definitely buy these again if needed. especially if they come in long sized.

Good pillow. It is a little softer than my previous contoured pillow which was a different brand but still provides good neck support. The fabric covering is a little rough and scratchy but I use a pillowcase so it doesn’t matter.

I’ve been using this pillow for just 2 days, and so far I’m really liking it. It’s soft but still provides good support for my neck. I slept well both nights and didn’t wake up with any stiffness. The pillow fluffed up quickly after opening and feels well made. I’ll continue to use it and update if anything changes, but my first impression is very positive!

Very comfortable, has made my shoulder pain I was dealing with better, because it supports my neck and helps me sleep in a better position. Definitely recommend it.

Over the last 4 years, I have spent a fortune on pillows looking for one that will not aggravate an already existing shoulder and neck issue. I already have problems with my back, I don't need more persistent head and neck issues. I mean it was so bad that I could open my own pillow business with the money I have spent. I actually had to start throwing brand new pillows in the trash because I had nowhere to put them all, my spare bedrooms were a sea of pillows, I gave so many away too.This pillow is the only one thus far that when I wake up, I notice that there is no added stiffness, pain or discomfort. I will say it is firm, but not too much, but if you are used to a much softer pillow, you will have to get used to that, and you will, it just may take a few days. It will take a few days for anyone to adjust to this type of pillow, just give it a chance .Remember though, no one pillow will treat an already existing condition. The goal is to find something that doesn't irritate what you already have and will provide support. If you have really bad pain, consider your mattress or make some lifestyle changes.Make sure you wash the cover FIRST. I put my own pillowcase over the cover. I saw a review where someone developed a rash, they probably didn't wash it, or it was a return. I found out Amazon accepts and resends returns of this product, so be very careful. That can be extremely dangerous. It should be in new sealed packaging when received.Overall, great support, height is good, the width is fine, It is about standard length maybe slightly longer.For the price, this is a good choice, I recommend it. If I develop a rash or a stiff neck later, I will let you know.UPDATE: About 4 months in and I have not developed rashes or had any new pain as a result . I love this pillow, I won't go anywhere without it. I actually came back to purchase a new one and one for travel.

The pillow it self is good quality and does support my neck pretty well while sleeping on my back, not so much on my side. The outer case is soft and is cool to the touch. Also removable for easy washing. I would say it's a little hard for my preference but not to much where I can't use it. If you're looking for a medium hard pillow for neck support while sleeping on your back then this will be a decent pillow for you.
