Purchased the hairpin legs to turn an old ikea kallax shelf into a tv stand, seem well made and sturdy and has helped us to reuse a piece of furniture until we decide what we want the room to look like.

This product was very good and easy to use.

I was really surprised at the quality of these legs, very sturdy indeed and they look amazing. Also used door handles from Amazon to match instead of the IKEA standard ones. I only used 4 screws instead of 5 because I lined the legs up with the screws in the corners to make sure they didn't go into the hollow bits and not be sturdy. My top tip is to mark out where each hole needs to be and make a start on a couple of holes first to make sure you can easily screw them into place.

I needed some legs to attach to an old vinyl storage cube to make a raised unit in my office. They are as described and come with all the fittings. The screws are 2cm and were very slightly too long for the unit I was screwing into, but had some spare 13mm screws which did the job. There are 4 holes on each and so secure for my needs. Installation was easy enough. I recommend drilling a small pilot hole in the surface attaching to first as the 2 middle screw holes are a bit fiddly to get to due to the angled the legs themselves, but easier with a hole to guide. Overall a successful project. I certainly don’t expect the to hold the weight of I filled the unit back up with vinyl, but that’s not what I’m using it for.

Nice finish and very sturdy. Look great on the plant stand I made. Comes with all the hardware needed to attach the legs.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Delighted with these strong and sturdy hairpin legs. We attached them to a butlers tray we recently bought on holiday for our summerhouse. Just fabulous. Look: The black metal legs blended well with the fittings on our butlers tray.
