Product seems to have changed from a year ago. Less material. The jury is still out on this one as it may take a while to bed in.

Found it very difficult to mould and sleep comfortably,did have one of these before but the new one is rubbish. Not value for money as I had purchased a cheaper version from Amazon and it was adjustable easy to mould and comfortable to use.

A great devise that does stop the snoring. The only down side is that I wake up with lines in my cheeks and on my tongue where during the night I've tried to remove the saliva. It takes a little getting used to as you settle down to sleep

Needs careful preparation according to the instructions. Uncomfortable at first but one gets used to it. Sometimes needed a rest from it due slightly cracked lip and soreness at corner of mouth, which would clear up after one night without use. It is also quite a mouthful to get used to! However the main point is it works and snoring stopped, which is an inestimable benefit!! Mine lasted about 8 months before loosening and have just renewed it, although maybe an adjustment to the old one might prolong its useful life.

I have used TheraSnore for the past 5 years after having tried a couple of others types. This one really works and it completely stops me snoring so I get a better nights sleep. My wife is also much happier too :-)It has taken me a few go's to get the initial fitting right but now it's OK when wearing at night, I won't say it's comfortable, you just get used to it. It does take a couple of weeks of hell if you've never used one before for your lower jaw muscles to get used to being in the forward position but if you persevere it's fine from then on.Don't try putting the setting too far forward, I put mine on 4 one time and my jaw started to dislocate during the daytime after a couple of days, put it back to the 2 setting and it was fine.You do get dry lips with this product when sleeping as your mouth is open, I put a bit of vaseline on my lips and that sorts it out. Unfortunately you will drool a lot more.Generally find each Therasnore lasts 6-9 months - I find the fixings between upper and lower parts eventually break, that's the only flaw. I used dental cleaning tablets on a regular to keep it clean.

Bottom mouth guard wouldn’t mound properly and didn’t work. Back to the spare room.Waste of money!!
