I absolutely love this bed frame! It was super easy to assemble, taking me less than 30 minutes from start to finish. The instructions were clear, and all the parts were labeled for convenience. Feminine, chic, and supportive!! 10/10 purchase
By far my favorite bd so far! Convenient with the built-in drawers, the aesthetic is so sleek & feminine, and the under-bed slats are strong and supportive (comfortably held about 450lbs & lots of "activities"). Also, it's super handy having the charger ports on the headboard!

I really enjoyed my bed was easy to put together but the instructions was kind of difficult. Make sure you pay attention. If you don’t, you will be mad at yourself but it’s nice and dirty it’s just right for a person who don’t have kids and great great storage area And easy for me to charge my phone my iPad any electronics

Great piece!
Directions seem hard to follow at first but it comes together nicely in the end. It is very sturdy and comfortable. Good price and I love the drawers underneath!

Poor quality frame and lack of customer support from the manufacturer.
The bed frame is wood and it’s not sturdy wood, so it is prone to wear or breakage. I was told by Amazon to reach out to the manufacturer, which I did and they are unresponsive to email or phone calls.

Looks better in person.
WOW, just WOW on all levels. Heavy boxes, lots of parts to put together, all parts and hardware were included, no damages, no missing hardware. Took me a few hours to put together, at some point - a second set of hands would have been so welcome but it was just me. I got it done eventually and in the end, happy with the result.
