This is the good stuff—my kids absolutely love it! Unlike the cheap knockoff sand that just makes a mess, this Kinetic Sand is clean, fun, and easy to shape. The colors are bright, the tools are great for creative play, and cleanup is surprisingly simple. It keeps the kids entertained for a long time and feels like a quality product that’s built to last.

I use the sand in sensory bins, that I make. They love it, the texture it sticks together but not sticky, it molds together well, and there isn’t a smell or residue. It also comes out of carpet easily with a vacuum cleaner (it happens). It advertises that it won’t dry out, and I’ve had mine for over a year and it still feels the same as it did when I first opened it. It also doesn’t stick to things like playdoh, if it gets stuck in a toy it’s very easy to get off, as well as if toys get buried in it you can easily wipe the sand off. Also, the pink does have a hint of shimmer to it, which my girls love! I have many colors for all the sensory bins and it keeps my kids entertained.

Sort of like a mix between damp sand and Play Doh. I like that it can be swept up easily and doesn’t stick to clothes like Play Doh does.

My students absolutely loved this kinetic sand kit—especially the purple bowl, which became the unexpected star of the show! I’m not sure what made it so special, but they were obsessed. The sand itself isn’t quite as soft as other versions we’ve used, and the colors (red and blue) do mix quickly. That said, the resulting purple is beautiful, so I didn’t mind. The tools are really sturdy and held up great, even with special education students using them daily—no breaks, which is impressive. I actually bought a second kit because they were fighting over that magical purple bowl! Highly recommend for classroom or home play.

Good price for this little set. Nice colors, good quality, and easy to use. My daughter adds this with her other kinetic sand. It's a good amount for the price. Definitely keeps my daughter busy.

Who doesn’t love Kinetic Sand?! Big hit with the kids… they love this stuff (so do I) It was great quality, quantity of it for the price, and vibrant in color. Will buy again!!

Compré esta arena mágica rosa de Kinetic Sand para mi hija de 2 años, y ha sido todo un acierto. Desde que la tenemos, no pasa un día sin que quiera jugar con ella. La textura es increíble: suave, moldeable y, lo mejor de todo, no se seca ni se pega a las manos. Es como tener la playa en casa, pero sin la suciedad. El color rosa es atractivo, y aunque no tiene purpurina, su aspecto es muy llamativo. La cantidad es perfecta para que los niños puedan crear todo tipo de figuras y formas. Además, es fácil de recoger y guardar, lo que es un alivio. Lo que más me gusta es que fomenta la creatividad y la motricidad fina de los niños. Pueden pasar horas moldeando castillos, animales o cualquier cosa que se les ocurra. Y como es segura y no tóxica, no tengo que preocuparme si se llevan las manos a la boca después de jugar. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

This pink kinetic sand was exactly what I expected and worked perfectly for our needs. I picked up a small bin from the dollar store to store it in, along with some plastic ice cream cones and a scooper, and it’s turned into a great quiet sensory bin for my son. We sit at the table and play together, making “ice cream cones,” and it keeps him happily engaged. A fun, creative, and calming activity that’s easy to set up and use.
