So I was really really nervous about ordering this for the price it was and the thought of having to take the radio apart myself was terrifying but it wasn't as difficult or as bad as I thought and actually it's not a bad radio . My stock radio had recently begun cracking and popping and the stereo eventually gave up becoming completely unresponsive meaning no radio, not phone connection no parking sensors, nothing. I really didn't want to go to Ford to have this fixed for thousands and lots of auto electricians in my area wouldn't touch it, so I ordered this.The stereo is great, it's a neat looking screen and fits perfectly. It comes with all the wires to translate your factory fittings and fixtures to fit this in and the instructions are fairly clear, until you come to the wiring which the instructions don't event attempt to aid you in setting this up or attaching them all in the right place. Luckily, there's a really really useful video on YouTube for this with a guy installing one of these in American and his video is super helpful to get you to install this one. When I came to the wiring I basically did it as a follow along with him.The general user interface of the radio is fairly complex to get your head around but with a lots of swiping in and out of settings and a bit of patience I've managed to connect to it via apple play and run the radio and take and receive calls. It also links to my parking sensors as well so if you're going for this radio and worrying about your parking sensors, don't because it will interface with them and works fine.My main annoyances with this is that the buttons don't all work. So the hazards and locking mechanism for the doors work fine as you would expect. These are the essential so I'm glad they worked. But the home, nav, back and power buttons don't do anything. That's right, you cant turn this thing off using the power button which is annoying. You can however, swipe down from the top of the screen to turn the screen off which if you turn the volume down to off as well and turn the screen down it serves the same purpose as turning it off, but it's a faff and a major let down that you can't just press the power button to turn it off. Also, whilst on the subject of the buttons, I expected them to all light up like they do in other people's pictures of this screen. I expected this to happen when I had my lights on and they don't which is irritating but seen as none of them do anything anyway I guess this won't be an issue.On the whole this radio will serve a purpose and does all I need it to do. The appearance and feel of it when you're using it is cheap and the actual look/feel of it is to a good standard The graphics of the screen in general feel a little cheap when you aren't on Apple CarPlay but it works and the Apple CarPlay is brilliant. It commects to my phone to play music and run Apple car play meaninf I have AppleMaps for navigation which is a major selling point, I can use WhatsApp, messages Spotify, music and it uses my parking sensors as well, plus the steering wheel buttons work with this stereo. The centre voice control button becomes obsolete but they too can just call from the screen. The radio is great but I just wish graphically it was a little nicer to look at but it's not the end of the world. On the whole I'm happy and impressed. It's upgraded my knackered Ford stereo but doesn't do all it says it does in the advert. I'd have happily paid less for this given the above feedback in mind.I'd still recommend it if your Ford stereo knackered up like mine did though. Beats going to FordUPDATED 17/06/24-The seller has acknowledged the faults on this occasion and has done their best to rectify these technical issues to no avail, however, they have granted me a 50% refund as compensation for these issues which I feel as a business this is good service of your product isn't 100%. I have changed my rating to 5 stars based on this. I would still recommend purchasing this product but please reach out to customer services if you have issues like I have.

Got this fitted 3 weeks ago, yeah it looks fantastic and stylish but you need a degree in computer science to operate it

Fits perfectly and comes with everything you need. Only thing I need to work out is how to change the date and time on the actual device! Been through every setting and can not find a way to change this, so any advice or understanding of this would be great. Other than that, can’t fault it!

Not Easy to install but needs a better owners manual. After a lot of fumbling about I got it installed

Install was easy, the manual wasn’t very helpful but managed to hook wires up easily. Only downside is when using car play is it is quite laggy and slow, when streaming anything other than music it has a 2-3 second delay. Also 4 of the bottom in the bottom (Power, Nav, Menu and Back) don’t work.**EDIT**After speaking to rimoody, they’ve offered a partial refund which is amazing customer service. They also sent me numerous documents and guides on how to install it all correctly which helped although the buttons still don’t work which i think is an electrical issue on this unit i received.

Amazing product, fits snug, no creaks and comes with Apple CarPlay pre installed. Don’t forget to connect the blue box so you can use steering wheel controls. Amazing product

Unfortunately it was damaged on arrival.So quality control wasn’t on the ballHad to return but so helpful and replaced with a new one thanks
