PROTONEprofessional resistance bands - thick 3 piece resistance band set with safety sleeving - heavy duty resistance bands

To date they have lived up to the expectations. Excellent equipment on par with dumbell`s without risk of tendon problems. Would score higher if user guide included to get best variety of exercises and in particular would be useful for beginners to have. Somewhat surprised they were not included.

I have been trying to incorporate these bands into my workout for a few weeks now, but I'' disappointed to say I'm giving up on them. The covering on the tubes seems to restrict them quite dramatically. According to the product description, this is to prevent overextension of the tubes themselves, but if this is the case then the tubes need to be longer, as they are currently far too short to allow full range of motion on the majority of resistance band exercises.I purchased these bands after having bought and used one medium strength (approx 10kg of resistance) resistance band (a different type from these, more of one continuous loop) from another seller. I had hoped that these bands would provide greater resistance as they advertise the strongest band offering resistance of up to 25kg. Unless I'm using them grossly incompetently, I cannot accept that any of these bands offer that resistance (except for perhaps right before the protective covering kicks in to stop further extension). As a result I stick to the other band (which, despite being approx. 10kg resistance seems to offer greater resistance and certainly range of motion than the 3 Protone bands) and free weights.My review would be one star but the anchor point has been useful (although I would say that the loop on the anchor is maybe on the large side, meaning the resistance band will hang a good 6" below the top of the door frame).

I think the bands are ok for my purpose but there should be options on their length. Mine at 1.4m long are too long and a 1m length option would have been better, and more ideal for my purpose.

Delivered promptly, and seems like a good quality, robust piece of kit. The stronger two tubes provide much more resistance than any other tubes I've tried, which is great.The protective sheaths are a good idea to prevent snapping but I do feel that they could maybe be a little longer - the range of movement isn't quite as large as I'd like, so I can't take some exercises as far as I want to. That's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, and I'd still thoroughly recommend them.

Fantastic equipment. I was unsure as to how robust and how effective they would be, I'm 6ft3 and 90kgs, The only limitation is your imagination. The bands are strong and the sheathing covering them gives you confidence they are made to last. The only criticism is a piece of paper with some basic instructions would have been nice, I have the 3 bands, a 4th item I have no idea what it is for and a carrying pouch. I can work out anywhere I go now, I am not limited to a gym or my house.

If you are into fitness, workouts, physicality, or just want to keep in shape and have not heard of/tried/or ever seen resistance bands then you should check out you tube and just watch the amazing variety of uses for resistance bands A HOME GYM WHICH IS TOTALLY PORTABLE and all FOR LESS THAN THE PRICE OF A T SHIRT!!! how can you not at least check it out versatile/portable/GREAT

Excellent bands for the home gym. Very durable and great (heavy) resistance. If looking for light conditioning these will be too advanced

Use these for various exercises do exactly what I wanted them toVery happy I will definitely be checking out the rest of there stuff
