175 Degree Cabinet Door Hinge, Cabinet Hinge, Easy Install 5 Pair (Full Coverage)

Quality hinge(s). Only a very small amount of play. I installed one on a plane access hatch.

Worked great on a mantel project.

Installed as part of a custom printer crendeza build. The hinges are very heavy duty holding teak wooden doors (1” thick x 18” wide x 24” long; approx 7lbs ea). The soft close was less noticeable in my application, but hold the doors w/o issue. Mounting took a but if work and there is a looseness or play in the hinge that you should learn to compensate. The flathead philips screws are soft and don’t help any adjustments. I ended up replacing them with torx style button head screws for improved torque. See Hilitchi 50 Pcs #8 x 3/4” Stainless screws. I would purchase again for applications that prohibit putting a large counterbore to help hold the hinges.

Needed hinges that could open an in-wall medicine cabinet heavy mirror door with zero room for any door edge to move back towards the wall. Also couldn’t use the long edge book-binding like hinges. These mount inside the cavity but take up very little space. They lift the door forward while it turns, just enough for clearance. They are slow-close too, but the last half inch speeds up, so use felt circles to quiet the bang. 6 months usage so far and I’m pretty sure these metal hinges will never fail, but you have to be careful how you mount them to your wall to support the weight. I used big drywall anchor expanding thingies, no wobbling yet but I don’t entirely trust them, and may knock in there and attach a piece of wood to a nearby stud for anchoring.

I recommend this product for the price. Keep in mind that the hardware is not soft close and may pinch a finger when the face panel closes shut. One draw back that the mounting holes are only available for the vertical edge of the cabinet. The horizontal edge #1 does not have mounting holes and does have a small amount of flex when opening and closing the cabinet face panels. I imagine with time the 2 vertical mounting screws will be the weakest point and possible damage the cabinet mounting edge. The #2 screw is easily adjustable for the limit open of the hardware hinge. I just marked with a sharpie and adjusted accordingly for each side. Ex: 5 turns on the left hing using the sharpie mark as a guide then I would adjust the opposite hings accordingly. The hinges are strong and SNAP close so be careful. The tray that come with the hardware are good but did not have the screws/hardware to mount. I just used 1/4 inch screws with the head small in of to slide the trays in and out for cleaning. I recommend attaching the cabinet face panel with the hing screw #2 in the fully open position. Plan the appearance of how the cabinet face panel will look once closed. There is no room for adjusting the level position once all the screws are in place. Place 1 screw first and test if the panel closes properly then place the remaining screws and secure firmly.

These are exactly what I needed. I have a 1.5 inch thick lid on a chest. The lid is against the back wall and these hinges allow the lid to lift without hitting the back wall. The self close feature is nice. Quality is very good for the price. M

These hinges will work but they do "NOT" have all the same tension in them and that makes them "VERY" hard to level what ever door you are using them on. At least that is my experience with them. Also there is "NO" way to adjust them. Not that I can see. No instructions at all. I will get them to work for the door I am using them on but not with out a lot of 4 letter words.. I would send them back but it is not worth time and trouble to do so. I "DO NOT" recommend them.

Claims to be "Hydraulic", but this is a deception. Buyers, be aware of this and skeptical of other claims.
