I’m a 16 with fat lower belly so I wanted a belly firmer rather than a waist clincher. This does both. It’s really really comfortable. Unlike other shape wear which I’ve been known to rip off in the loo halfway through a torturous night out - with this you don’t know you’re wearing it. My legs are chunky at the top but this doesn’t make me spill out. The top sits nicely under the bra giving a little life and side support but essentially you can still let your favourite bra do the work ( I’m a 36G so this is important for me) I would have given 5 stars but for me I found the straps a little too wide - I’d rather they were bra width to wear under sleeveless tops but that’s literally the only fault. It’s comfy enough for every day wear - easy access opening for the loo too. I purchased the XL - I’m going to buy another and try the L as I feel that I might get even more support in a smaller one and this has plenty of room. I can’t say size down as I haven’t tried the smaller one yet but I suspect it will be even better.

I would advise getting a size smaller than you are. It holds the tummy in well and it is comfy, but there is better out there.

It was really perfect body fit. My size is Medium but I bought Small size. I put it on from my bottom or from my feet. Little bit of stretching and pulling up to my waist and body. It was great. The body shape I am aiming was achieved. I LOVE IT ❤️ Thelma

I was advised to get a size down. im a size 16 so instead of getting an xl I got a large. It was a struggle to get on and when I was on it just hurt me and cut into me and didn't make any of a difference to my body if anything made my saggy bits more promenent! I was so dissapointed as I've recently lost weight and wanted to have some definition this was not it. Better off spending on shapewear or heyshape. So dissapointed :(
