Red Light Therapy Belt for Neck

Idk if it works well, haven't tried it long enough but, it is comfortable to wear.

I have regular neck discomfort due to having weak trapezius muscles so I figured I've give this a try. I have been using it religiously for a few weeks now and I can't say I've felt any meaningful difference. The heat is nice on my neck for temporary relaxation but I can't say it has any lasting affect on me. To be fair, it could be because my trapezius muscles are the problem so my neck doesn't get a chance to ever fully recover but I was expecting a little more relief from this new technology. It's just ok in my opinion.

The product does NOT get hot. It's lukewarm at best. A heated blanket gets hotter than this. I'm convinced that the sellers know they are selling a low quality, useless product and rely on customers that do not return it.The build is flimsy and I have no faith that it would effectively treat any of the things it claims to be suited for treating.

It is functional for now. I use a power bank with it, so I can walk around while I have it on my neck. It gives me some release on my neck's pain.

I ordered this because I wanted to get rid of my double chin. I use it one time a week but so far I have seen a little result from using it. Also I am doing Jaw exercises as well so idk if it’s this or the exercises, but it’s gone down a bit.

The media could not be loaded. The big negative is that this can ONLY be used when plugged in. So when the advertisment said that you can use it “anytime, anywhere!” …. No, not true. You can use it ONLY when you are next to a wall outlet and plugged in. I was under the impression that this would charge up, then use it. This did come with a cable (C to A), & power block USB type A plug. The cable is 49”, so you need to be fairly close to an outlet - or use an extension cord to plug this into for additional length. You obviously have to stay in that same spot until you are finished using this. The device has a C port. I see that all new devices are transitioning from USB-A to USB-C (The type C port is smaller than the older type A ports).The fabric is soft and the velcro fasteners hold well, but I was surprised that it had a (soft) plastic covering over the lights. Therefore, it is a little stiff & hard against the chin & neck… so just a little uncomfortable pressing into the neck.Press the power button for the timer setting that you want… it glows Green for the 15 minute timer, Blue for 30 minutes, or Red for 45 minutes. It automatically shuts off after the selected time has finished.From what I’ve read about Red Light Therapy, you should not look at the lights - they could possibly harm your eyes. I’m surprised that there is no warning on the little pamphlet.The warmth did feel good under my chin and around my neck - I just wrapped it loosely when around my neck. I’m going to keep using this to see if it does help chin slimming and my pain in other body parts.
