Bought this for my nephew as he loves the series and he just plowed right through the book and onto the next one.

Honestly, I love this series but this book just DRAGS! I found the first book very interesting and addicting, the second book was okay but I just couldn't wait to finish it because it got a little boring in the middle since I really don't like learning about the medieval times in history. This book however, I always had to keep starting over again because I always stopped reading it for a while due to the fact that it got so boring. Learning about this part in history always bored me to death so I guess that's why I really struggled to get into this book. Hopefully the last 5 books are better.

I chose this rating because it is a funny time traveling story of five kids and two adults and dog on adventure to save time. I really love this book and I want to read the rest of the series. I would recommend this book to my friend BreeAnn who exactly got me into this series and she never finished it.

3 for 3. I read it in an evening. Fast and interesting read. I think it is a little more confusing than the second one and I prefer the characters in the second one better but the story was very good. Onto book 4

Haddix has pulled it off again. This is the 3rd installment of the Missing series and once again she did a great job. We can't wait to see what she comes up with next. As with the other books in this series she has researched actual historical events to use as a basis for the storyline. As a parent I believe this series does a great job of introducing children to historical events in a way that is fun and engaging.

If you love to read action/suspense books, then this series is for you! It doesn't matter if you're an adult, teen, or kid, the Missing Series by Margaret Peterson Haddix will keep you on the edge of your seat! You do need to read the books in order (Found is the first book in the series, followed by Sent), but in Sabotaged the journey with Jonah and Kathrine continues as they help another "missing child" find the right time and place in history.

Bought this for my daughter. Overall good value, although the copy I received had pages that were a little cheap looking, but I didn't bother returning it because my daughter ended up finishing the book in a few days.
