Are these dressy enough to be worn with a dress or skirt?

They could be worn with a dress and skirt. Their not real dressy though. Personally I wouldn't. I wear them with dress pants and I'm not real happy with the way they look. They look cheaply made. I would not buy them again.

Yes, it can match the dressy for the office.

How are these in ice and snow?

I only use them for work. I haven't even used them in the rain yet. They seem to be slip resistant although it doesn't say on the bottom of the shoes.

If you're a suze 8.5 ,did you size up half a size(9) or a full size (9.5)?

I didn’t up a size, use my regular size but it wasn’t tight like in size but in the upper form of the shoe and when walking the foot would slip Forward hurting your toes. It was just a weird fit.
