Looking at the other reviews this seems to be a common problem. Cardboard box has been opened and resealed with cellotape and repackaged in a clear bag. Totally unacceptable and apparently not eligible for return. Avoid!

This was a Christmas present, and the chocolates are of decent quality, and tasty. The price is okay and I’m satisfied that I was not ripped off. I would recommend these as an easy Christmas present, especially if you don’t know someone very well and just need an easy, nice gift for them.

Box arrived crushed, which is a shame considering the curved box is meant to look nice hence the reason for buying.There is also a barcode label stuck onto the front of the box which won’t come off without tearing and leaving label residue.I am unhappy as this was bought as a gift and now it doesn’t look nice enough to give as a gift.

Delivered open. Packaging ripped. Completely useless as a gift and apparently no returns?!?!?!Don’t buy.

The box arrived open inside the main package however it's non returnable and therefore non refundable? So the customer has to pay and then take the loss for something send in damaged condition? Not acceptable
