Good product . Fluctuates on effectiveness but does work well

A must for any female who has an irregular cycle or a spotter like me. I take this with another female cycle supplement and they've both helped my cycle out amazing. (Warning though, they might trigger your cycle to come sooner than you intended when you start taking them) my cycle is now within a day or two of the same time monthly and it's only for 1-2 days. The first day though, is an extremely heavy flow day.

I purchased these to balance a hormonal issue I started to have. Read: wonky cycles. I have always been regular, like clockwork and knew exactly what to expect and when. Then, suddenly, over the course of a few months, things started changing. Unpredictable starts and stops, insanely painful cramps, periods of varying lengths, moodiness like I'd never experienced before, migraines, skin breakouts (never had acne in adolescence), extreme hair fallout with obvious thinning, demoralizing weight gain (that would not budge no matter how hard I worked), and random super heavy flows. First, I am back to my normal, stable moods. My kids are grateful. My cycles are predictable again with no more scary water hose moments. No more cramps (I never had them before the episodes started, so if you have always had cramps, no guarantee that they will stop), my hair stopped falling out, the weight started to come off, no more visits to a bumpy adolescence I never lived, and no more migraines...well fewer, and much less intense.Since then, I've added other hormone balancing herbs to my daily regiment and I am one happy lady!One downside is that the last couple of bottles I received smelled like musty toes when I opened them. Everything is still humming along beautifully so I just deal with the odor. Hopefully it's not something that will cause me to grow an ear on my shoulder. But I don't think even that will stop me from continuing to take these. I just won't wear tank tops anymore.
