I chose this product for its high nutrition. It appears to be of good quality, organic ingredients and all natural (no "natural flavors" listed on the label, just the whole food ingredients). The flavor tastes great. My concern is Sea moss is high in iodine. There is no mention of iodine content on this products nutrition label. So proceed with caution. I would have given this product five stars had there been any indication that the product was 3rd party tested for quality and consistency. I found no indication of testing on the label.

If taste is your issue… this one is great! Consistency? Better than others I’ve tried. Do I feel different? More energy… yes. Better sleep? Actually… yes. I haven’t noticed any other differences yet but it’s been 2 weeks and the jar is empty.
