Not working well after 2 weeks of using it.
Not working well after 2 weeks of using it,One of the three shaving heads is not working، Charging for 8 hours and stay only 25 minutes.

It seems that the product is broken down , I don’t recommend this at all , the battery is not stable for some reason and it doesn't last 5 minutes

كويسة.. مستوي التنعيم جيد. فيه مشط خلفي مفروض للشعر الطويل لكن ضعيف جدا مش هايعمل معاك حاجة. العيب فيها ان طبقا لوصف المنتج واللي مكتوب علي العلبة انها بتشتغل ٤٠ دقيقة لكن اخرها ٢٥ دقيقة بالكتير قوي وده بعد اكتر من تجربة شحن وتفريغ وحساب الوقت بالظبط. وقت الشحن ٨ ساعات وده كتير جدا بالمقارنة بحاجات تانية في نفس الفئة السعرية.. انا عندي واحدة بتشحن في ٤٠ دقيقة وتشتغل ٦٠ دقيقة وفي نفس السعر تقريبا. الاضائة بتاعتها بتنور أحمر قبل ما تفضي علي طول مش فاهم ايه المشكلة لو كان ضوء تحذيري قبلها بفترة.. حاجة غريبة الصراحة.. اثناء الشحن بتنور وتطفي بالابيض وتقفل لما تخلص شحن.

بتاخد وقت كتير في الشحن و الاستخدام مش بيقعد اكتر من نص ساعة و طلبت فاتورة من البائع و لم يرسلها بائع غير آمين

First of all the package I received the box was all out of shape like it was squished after using it the battery doesn’t hold any charge i think that the seller is having defected goods
