Came with all the parts, shrink wrapped in box so no clunking around when shipped, easy to install if you know how to install brakes (watch a few YouTube videos if needed). Have these brakes on a couple of my vehicles and there hasn't been any squeaks or noises, remember to spray with brake cleaner beforehand to get rid of factory dust. Good product so far!

On time , next day delivery, product came in nice box, brake pads came shrink wrapped, they look thicker than my last brand, also came with bag of clips, Auto parts place wanted $61.00 for these pads. good brand name, good product, great price, Will I order agin, YES. UPDATE 8-16-23 , Be careful, they put 2 different clips in box. one is for a RAV4 ,, the other is for a camry, 2mm diference but there are no markings on them. these pads are very quiet, well worth the money. these fit my 2011 camry.

Theses break pads (rear) fit perfectly on our 2016 Toyota highlander...super easy to install just need a 14mm wrench and you good to go... the only negative they came with no break grease. Other than that they good.
