This has been our go-to rice cooker for our business and is used each and every day for service. It's dead simple "set it and forget it", but we use it to full capacity of 32 cups each and every day. It's heavy duty, easy to use, and it was worth the money to purchase this. We had a cheaper rice cooker before this one and it burned the rice all the time and the build quality was very cheap. We liked this one so much, we also purchased the rice "warmer" from the same company.

Worst rice cooker
THIS COOKER IS A SCAM. IT TURNS OFF BEFORE TIME AND LEAVES THE RICE HARD. THE BUTTON GETS STUCK AND IT DOESNT STOP WHEN ITS SUPPOSE TOO. ITS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE FOR THE PRICE IT IS NOT WORTH IT. VERY DISAPOINTING. ITS A TOTAL SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!
