The rerplacement water tank fits perfectly in the delonghi coffe machines as described. Good hard quality plastic that is the same as the one that came with the machine.

Item was exactly as stated. Works perfectly as you would expect. It comes in plastic bag, which is recyclable. The delivery packaging was appropriate to provide the necessary protection during delivery and is all paper or cardboard.

Absolute rubbish
Lasted just over a month before it started leaking. Can't get a refund because Amazon put you on to De Longhi but they don't want to know.

A replacement for the original reservoir which was knocked to the floor, and had cracked. I ordered, having confirmed from the description that it was a fit for my machine. I would have been annoyed if a broken reservoir meant I would have to buy a complete new machine, and the fact this spare was available, meant I was saved the extra expense involved.
