No, it doesn't include speakers.

Doe the monitor have 100x100 or 75x75 vesa mounting?

I do not know for sure. I was using the stand that came with it at the time. I returned the monitor a few days later because of it being 1440p caused some headaches for streaming.

300hz at 1440p? Or only 1080p

This was 300hz at 1440p. I returned this monitor back because I was experiencing some issues when it came to streaming. Now if you are looking for a clean monitor this is def the way to go. I know when I activated this monitor to 300hz it changed my second monitor to 60hz.
