Excellent customer service!
Excellent product. I haven’t owned anything but Apple products in over a decade. I decided to give this laptop a shot. It’s a good computer. I didn’t receive the bundled mouse pad, which honestly was no big deal but I gave the seller a heads up and they gave me a $5 refund so I could buy my own mouse pad. They seriously replied within a couple hours and I even told them it was just a FYI and I didn't need anything. However, I appreciated that level of customer service. I highly recommend the computer and the company. Thanks for making my non-Apple experience a positive experience!

This laptop is the awful. I didn't use it more than turn it on, connect wifi and print a few forms within the 90 day return window and regret not returning it. It's slow, freezes up and the battery is awful. It's a piece of sheet.

Basic use slow
Good for basic use, but it runs slow. It’s okay for simple tasks like browsing or light work, but struggles with multitasking. Nice design and features for the price, just not very fast overall.

Works perfectly for my work stuff! (Healthcareish work)
Works great for my work stuff! Still getting used to it as it sometimes is touchy but my fingers are terrible. Noise level is great when I'm doing trainings, the screen resolution is similar to my Google pixel phone, the design is lightweight and seems durable (will be ordering a case/skin for it) and the battery life is great so far! I've had it for about a week and have had no issues with it). Does seem to do a update almost every other day though.
