This is a decent combination pack of a back stretching device and posture corrector. I really like the back stretcher, as it is easily adjustable among four different heights. It helps me try to align my spine on my own and helps promote a more natural curvature. I find that if I try to relax and just let my own body weight rest on the device, I soon get some pain relief and feel better. I’ve found that stretching before and afterward also helped me.As far as the posture corrector goes, I wore a similar one a few years ago, but I stopped using it because it was uncomfortable and difficult to adjust just right. This Jaxbo Posture Corrector is a little more comfortable for me because the fabric is softer and more breathable. However, I still feel that it is awkward at times, because in order to get a tight fit so that it actually does some posture correcting, the straps end up chaffing me a little under the arms. I found it best to wear a thicker tee-shirt under this to minimize the discomfort. It's mainly the straps that are so uncomfortable, but the whole device is not the greatest quality.In all fairness, this posture correct does help put my shoulders in a better position; I can wear it discreetly under a shirt, sweater, or jacket; and it does help me maintain improved posture while working at my desk. For me, it’s a little difficult to find just the right fit that is both comfortable and provides enough support to improve my posture.Overall, though, I think as a packaged deal, this is a relatively decent value. I probably will use the back stretcher far more than the posture corrector.

I got this back stretcher to replace one I had that was probably ten years old. I originally got it to stretch my back, but I found it was great as back support for my desk chair. Cushions are meant to flex to be comfortable, but I found they didn't offer the support for my back. This back stretcher is plastic so once you arc it into a position that works for you it offers good support. There are two slits in the back where you can attach it to a chair. The strap I used was from the previous one that broke but you could use almost anything that would fit around the back of the chair. I really like it and hope it lasts as long as the previous one. As for the back straightener or posture device I found it pretty worthless.
