Great waxer, melts really well. I love the brand. My only issue is how fragile the cover is… I dropped it from a 30cm height and it’s snapped… erm… ok. They need to do better.

Only lasted 4 months before issues cropped up.Thought at first it might have been the wax so i put new wax (stripless wax) in H1 setting wasn't melting all the wax never had this issue prior.H2 melted the wax but didn't switch over when the time limit for this setting came up and had to manually switch it over.Not happy with this machine and will not be purchasing this product again.
