When using it it’s just like gravy mix but best when cooked for 10 minutes and add a small amount of sugar it takes away the salty tast.1/2 teaspoons sugar per 4 people

probably the best take-away style curry sauce I have ever had, there used to be a mayflower frozen curry sauce that tasted soooooo nice made by the same company, but it's so hard to find, amazon don't sell the frozen curry sauce and you can only seem to get it at certain premiere/corner shops, but this tastes just like the frozen Chinese style curry sauce, which is great! because I really love the frozen curry sauce, so it's good I found this, it makes a substitute since it tastes the same, easy to prepare too, just boil the kettle, pour some of the powder in a bowl, add hot water, mix well, then pop the bowl in the microwave on high for two or 3 minutes, stir well then your done, instant Chinese take-away style curry sauce! will definitely keep the sellers as suppliers on my wish list.

I just love this stuff! Can't get the extra hot one easily. So finding it here just made my day! I bought boxes of it. It goes a long was as a dipping sauce [make half the amount] or make as instructed and make curry with it or as a pour-over sauce/gravy. I did that last night, had the whole lot to myself poured over baked salmon, steamed veggies and a small jacket spud...yummy!It's great over chips, makes a lovely mushroom curry, well any curry really! Thoroughly recommend it.

Exactly like Chinese Takeaway Curry...I have been on the hunt for over 3 years for the perfect replica.No shop bought "Chinese" sauce or Pinterest recipe for a sauce came close.I'd practically given up but one lazy Sunday about a month ago I went on youtube and looked at lots of recipe videos before I stubbled on one restaurant chap making his Chinese chicken curry using this (plus the obligatory onions and peas)I read the reviews on here, took the plunge and I ordered some... it was love at first bite. Unfortunately, my friends think so to and I've been hit up for quite a few boxes.What I thought was going to be at least a years supply (Best Before lead time is 18mths from purchase) is down to a few months so I've had to cut them off!
