There are a lot of great recipes in this book . I have tried some and they are OK.

Recipes varied with use of kg and lbs, description of type of cut of meat, salt used- some say just ‘curing salt’ , others are more specific with cure#2. Confusing when book is for beginners. Also page photographed above is not the correct recipe- noticed because I would have liked to make what the title says!

Good for anyone just starting. Very basic.
