Former barista (proud to have served) and I love this kettle. It's cute enough to stay out on the counter and the pour is perfect. I like the wood finishes on the handle and lid tip.I've had this for about a month. Use it every day and so far really love it.

Works great and is so stinking cute. Seems to be good quality as well. I’ve gotten lots of compliments from guests.

As many reviews have said, it's a nice looking kettle. My wife is the only who actually bought it and she liked the color and shape.Packaging was good. The kettle ships securely in it's box and Amazon sent it with another item (kitchen scale), in a slightly larger box with packaging that kept everything safe.Instructions for first use were in the box and wow, I have a rapid boil burner on my stove and I can say, this kettle heats water up like a charm. However, after the 2nd boil and rinse, while boiling water I noticed a tiny pin hole right over the spout. While water wasn't flooding from it, it would leak while getting hot and leak worse when pouring.I contacted Baristas Buddy customer support and they quickly resolved my problem by issuing a refund.I'll be ordering a replacement one just as soon as I post this review.Thanks for the great customer support!

I bought this for my husband who likes pour over coffee. It’s easy to use and I love the bright bold color. I just wish it didn’t have the huge logo on it

I like the design and size. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase, but it is a bit difficult to clean/wipe out since the opening is so small. The handle is a bit close to the pot. I am careful with the spout since it's so small and looks a bit fragile, but it works perfectly for heating water to pour over coffee or heat up for tea. I also like the color (yellow), it looks nice. It performs the tasks I bought it for!
