Why did you pick this product vs others?: I've had the Bose Wave system for years but as time has traveled on it has gotten left behind like all great technology of it's day. I wanted to be able to Bluetooth my playlists/songs to further enjoy it's great sound instead of it collecting dust as it was. I am pleased to say that after reading other's reviews that this was the right choice. My only complaint is that it does not come with an ac adaptor but that is simple enough to fix with a longer cable-to-plug-in adapter most of us have already. It is a rechargeable unit so that is a + I imagine but not with the old large plug-in Wave system who is tethered to an outlet. Overall I am super excited to have my Bose Wave back & you will too.

This small receiver works really well with our Bose radio. The sound is great. It does need to be charged daily if used a lot throughout the day. Set up is super easy, less than 5 minutes.

Does not work. I tried and tried to get it connect and nothing worked. Took me way too long trying that I was not able to return it. Emailed the company for support and no answer. Would not recommend.

Easy set up

I’ve had A Bose stereo for several years and I’ve had to adapt with the times and needed a Bluetooth connector. Connectivity was easy. It works well. Connectivity is so easy it was a great value for the money and the quality is perfect. The only thing is, I have to remember to turn it off because the charge goes off very quickly and you’ll have to plug it into charge it sooner than you think! The sound quality is great throughout my house. Love it great Purchase so happy.

Easy to connect but wont shut off until tv is off and Bose surround sound then it will turn off

Wow! Was able to Bluetooth my MP3 player through my 11 year old Bose Wave iii system!! Very easy to hook up, use and sound is great!!

Easy to install but finicky to use. Here are my issues with using this: the AUX volume has to be turned WAY up and you have to remember to turn it back down before switching to the radio or CD player or you'll blast your hearing. It takes too many steps to connect it to my iPhone whenever I want to listen to an audio book, for example. You have to connect the Bluetooth on the iPhone, depress the button on the adapter device, switch to AUX. It requires the same steps in reverse if I want to go from listening to the iPhone to the Bose radio. It's simply not as seamless as I expected.
