Remote does not work. Seller will not replace it. Cannot determine manufacturer.
The remote did not work from day 1, but did not find out until February because I gave it as a gift. I contacted the seller and they offered to sell me a remote at a discount. I expect total replacement. I cannot find the manufacturer on the unit or the owner's manual. I am displeased by the seller's response.

Remote didn't work
The device was not as expected, remote did not work, even with new battery. Sound quality ways not as well as expected either when we used the dial on side of device. Returned item after 24 hours of use.

It would be fine for a small tv,but I bought it for My 55" big screen. .it sounded like mono stereo,very tinnie. But,great in the kids room with their 30" !!

Only 2 hours of use!
This sound bar doesn’t fit every tv. I was so confused on how to “charge” it. Me and my daughter were watching a movie on Netflix and it just screamed out low battery serval times until I turned it off. It’s small and has to little foam like legs for stability on the bottom.

Works great in a small room
This item works perfectly for its intended purpose. It is set up for my bedroom TV. Works great in a small room.

I was able to pair it with my phone easily
I can’t get this sound to pair with my Tcl roku tv. Do I need to plug it in? I was able to pair it with my phone easily

Works well with Bluetooth. I cannot get it to work for my tv sound though, even having bought a digital to analog converter like I was told to by the seller. Not overly impressed with the product.

I really like this soundbar
I really like this soundbar. It is well designed and elegant. Also, it has excellent quality and is easy to use. Most of all, it is better than most built-in speakers on the monitor. The seller provides very good after sale service as well.
