Poor design and build quality
Not one to give a lot of reviews but this one warranted it. The product concept is fine. The design is fine. The build quality is terrible. So much so I needed sheet metal screws to finish off the holes that were not tapped. The wood shelving would have been better off without the inserts as they were pressed into the wood and are damaged so much so you cannot use the screws provided to mount the shelves. I would steer clear of this product until they have corrected their build quality and improved their QC.

It Works
It's sturdy and it does what it's supposed to and it doesn't take up much room. I just used the shelves for 3 pair of shoes. Looks nice in my garage

Screw holes for the top shelf do not line up.
I recently purchased this item and was looking forward to using it for my golf equipment. When I was 99% complete with the assembly, I noticed that for the top shelf the screw holes did not line up on one side. They were off by approximately 1inch. now I will have to make new holes in order to use the product.
