The necklace comes in a sealed pouch but inside is a velvet drawstring bag as well as a presentation card for August to display it on. The necklace is highly polished and delicate and no issues at all with the quality, the clasp works fine and looks nice on. For the price at time of reviewing this is nice quality and looks more expensive. If gifting its best to remove from the plastic sealed bag and put it in the velvet pouch and would make a nice thoughtful gift.
