I seem to be turning into a Mini Printer collector!This MakeID Label Maker HD(300dpi) - Personalised Smart Q1 Wireless Handheld Printer is one of my favourite. I would have loved to have gotten the Red Version but it was out of stock everywhere. However, this Retro coloured Green and White version are just as gorgeous. But apart from it looking so Darn Cute it is actually really functional too.I would say that the Most Impressive thing about this Inkless Label Printer is the D for Date Button ( or Typeface Key). Once you set this printer up with the MakeID App you don’t have to set the date ever again. You come out of the App you turn the printer off. When you turn it back on, and press D for Date, it remembers! It prints the correct date every time. How impressive is that for such a little printer. You don’t need the App to be open for that function either! I have no idea how it that works? Then to top that (and any touch Typist will appreciate this) you press down the return bar to cut the label off.So It’s main function is as a Label maker - well I am really impressed with this too. The App is really comprehensive and easy to link up and use.. It gives you so many choices of what you can print, stickers, text, there are templates, Pictures, Painting, Frames, Time, QR Codes, Barcodes - Obviously you can only go to the Depth of the tape in size but for the length you’d can go as far as you like on Continuous setting. I haven’t even touched the surface of what I can do with this printer yet. You can use Pre-Sets too. Behind every good Printer is a really good App and thats what you have with MakeID.Its is also surprising how large you can get the text to with this little cute Retro printer too. You can stretch it a long way to, so you can make labels text larger than some other Label Printers.Can you tell how impressed and excited I am about this TypeWriter Label Printer? Would I recommend it, of course I would. If anyone sees the Red Version please let me know, cos I might just have to have the whole collection. Oh and it adds a nice little touch to my Sit Stand Desk, this is not just a great Label Printer with a Great App it’s also a lovely Ornament. I loved it so much I bought my Sister one for Xmas and she is just as excited about it as me, she is also a Touch Typist, but you don’t have be a Typist to appreciate the style and the quality of this printer.

A bit more expensive even with the discount then I wanted to spend, but it was recommended to me and I love it! Fab design and very reliable, it certainly beats the other cheaper options that I tried first. Good to have a range of colour labels to choose from too (bought separately). Recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  Needed a label printer for tagging various cables/charges I have in my home for the tech gadgets & e-toys. Overall happy with it and is a great option for home use in this price category. I would highly recommend this for this price.My 2 cents below:Pros:- Looks elegant in the vintage looks- Works great for label printing with good enough DPI and the prints are crisp & clear overall. Samples are attached- Complete system for label printing needs- Great printing speed and label get printer within a flash of a second- Built-in battery & full charge is supposed to give a few weeks of standby time- Setup is very easy with self-discovery when Bluetooth is turned ON- Looks great in the design & maybe one of the fanciest ones with retro looks- One label roll is included in the package to start printing as soon as you unbox it- USB-C port for charging and so is par above the current standards- If B/W print is your need, then this printer would save a lot in the long run as it does not need any ink to be refilled- Lightweight and small in dimensions. Overall very compact & portable device- The mobile app works pretty well on my iPhone 12 pro and the inbuilt EDIT features for the labels are nice. Refer to the attached screenshots & video- Build quality is very good and feels premium overall- Very reasonably priced for the features it offersCons:- Not smart printer to connect to WiFi, so that printing can be done remotely if needed- Wish they included a carry bag for the portable printer
