Tried three different sims all from different network providers and this didn’t work at all . Gutted

This is a fantastic device is ideal for traveling abroad for me it worked in Germany Holland & Bruge would reccomend to anyone

Written instructions provided are poor. So if you want to use bespoke network settings and you are not familiar with this, you may find it awkward. Although it is pretty straightforward if you have been involved changing these values before. Nice piece of equipment. Battery life is fair compared to others I have used. We have ours permanently wired into our caravan so not a problem. Overall good value and works well with the 6 devices we have. It will work with 10 devices if you need it.

Poor product bought 20 May and stopped working (will not turn on) by 19 October. This is a poor product and Amazon will not let me return it for a replacement. Do not buy this item.

As others mention, this device will only power on when plugged into a power source - the moment it's unplugged it is a brick so they should remove the "mobile" tag from the product description. The setup is mostly luck, sometimes it will work, and when it does, the signal is woeful. To compare, I bought a 5G enabled all you can eat Vodaphone SIM, activated on an Android phone and choose 4G only (note this device you're thinking of buying does not support 5g) speedtest was 20MBps and using mobile hostpsot on phone getting the same on other devices connect. Drop the same SIM into this device, if it works the speedtest max maybe 3MBps and slowly trickles down to zero. This test was done in the same location. I'm going to just use the SIM in a mobile phone and use that for tethering - at least that works and actually holds a charge making it a real "mobile" hotspot.

Only connected once and it just switches off after a minute

I used this devise when abroad and overall worked however I needed to keep it on charge otherwise wouldn’t functionDisappointed as this is supposed to be a mobile device.

There a lot on here that say the battery is no good but mine seems fine I use 15/20 gig a night and seem fine

De mobiele wifi meegenomen naar het buitenland. Helaas gaat het apparaat niet aan. Nu ben ik op zoek naar een andere mobiele wifi voor mijn kinderen.

Leider lässt sich das Gerät nicht installieren daher unbrauchbar. Auch gibt es keine Anleitung auf deutsch. Ich werde jetzt nochmal einen anderen Router kaufen

Una estrella por qué no se puede poner menos, el router es de segunda mano, se nota que es usado y viene rayado, la caja venía cerrada con un trozo de celo mal puesto,no recomendable
