We have 2 of these for our dogs. They really help keep the dogs cooler in hot weather so we can still go out and about with them (unless in extreme heat, obviously) - especially useful on holiday in France. The wide, adjustable velcro fastenings ensure a good fit and make it easy to put the coat on the dog, avoiding having to pull it over their head (something our dogs aren't keen on). The coats are a lot better quality than some others on the market and look really good on the dogs. You do tend to have to explain to people why your dogs are wearing a coat in hot weather though!

used it for my cocker spaniel arrived early in the day(hottest day of the year 25th july 2019) had to take car mot so soaked it in water put it on dog no panting in car (windows were open) played in garden when came home for short time dog still cool under jacket and quite happy posed by thermometer showing at 90 at 4ish pm still cool. please note my dog is usually more photogenic than picture shows (sulking because I took her ball off her to do this lol, anyway all I can do is speak as I find and yes this cool jacket has definitely worked in helping to keep my dog cool,good fit for my cocker at 18months with plenty of adjustment left. please note although this was a very hot day my dog was not put under any stress to show you and talk about this

I have not reviewed warmth as it isn’t applicable to the cooling coat.I can’t believe how good this coat is and what a fantastic idea it is.Our dog is a working cocker spaniel who is black. She insists on lying out in the garden in the sun then comes in panting to lie on the cold tiles in the kitchen. Since buying the coat and using it this year, she has panted less and has been more comfortable. She no longer walks round not knowing what to do with herself in the heat.Well worth purchasing. We highly recommend it.

With the weather being so hot my sprocker Belle was finding it difficult to get comfortable in the house and also on her walks (kept dragging me to shade). This jacket fits her perfectly and is also adjustable so its not tight, when I put my hand under the jacket she feels cool to the touch, she no longer sits in the living room panting and the best thing is she does not try to take it off (which she has done with other coats/jackets).In fact when I pull it out the bag she gets super excited because she loves it.10/10, would buy again

Positives: Product as discribed. Good strong quality. Strong Velcro that didn’t budge even with running around. Kept damp really well. Saw the differences with and without on walks. Really good perchace. Negative: the belly strap is very stiff, does cause some rubbing especially that it is wet. Not a big negative, possibly will soften over time.

What a difference this made to our walk yesterday, dog was significantly more comfortable and less stressed, he even lay in the sun for an hour didn't pant and looked happy. He's a Border Terrier and medium fitted well

Good quality just to small for my dog . Having a oldeenglishbulldogge very difficult to workout the size as he as a big neck but yet not ao longer body .

Highly recommend! My dogs are so much cooler, happier and not panting all the time. Well worth it. So necessary in hot weather.
