I’m all about practicality and ease of use. I bake bread almost everyday and using parchment paper became annoying. This little tool saves waste, money and time. Super easy to use. I recommend anyone who bakes bread to use one of these. Super easy to clean as well.

Bought this for my MIL so she didn’t have to keep tossing parchment paper and she really happy with it. She said it fits easily into the Dutch oven and makes it easier to get the bread out.

Clean up is a breeze

Fits perfectly in my Dutch oven. Also perfect fit on my banneton, so I can simply flip banneton over, and my loaf is right in the sling, ready to go into the Dutch oven. Also, no more burned bottom on my loaves! Wish I would have known about this sooner!
