Helps with hunger when I'm on restrictive diet, otherwise good for digestion

Very effective product
I normally buy this product in daily portions sachets. I am assuming it is the same product as it is ground much finer but from the same Company. Whatever, it is the best most effective product on the market fibre wise in controlling blood sugar levels. I notice a big difference if I ever abstain which I have done on occasions to measure its effectiveness. Will always keep this item in my cupboard and use daily.

probably a good source of fibre, but it doesn't dissolve well and you have to swallow lumps

No idea what the fuss is about
Have no idea what the fuss is about. Please look at the size, I was surprised that the canister was so small! Didn't make any difference to me. Tried it for a week, wanted to lose weight quickly, but honesty I still had the same appetite.

Great product does what it says on the tub
I bought this as my blood sugar was high, and was doing the 10 day blood sugar detox plan, and it was recommended .It has stopped me feeling hungry , helped my levels drop with no side effects . I am only having half a scoop with a glass of water before a meal and last thing at night .So far have lost four pounds in 5 days so well pleased .Taking the granules directly onto the tongue followed by a glass of water is easy enough as long as you swallow it quickly!It is tasteless, don’t swish it around your mouth as it can stick to your teeth !I will be continuing with it until I have reached my target weight .

Didn't make me feel full at all and didn't help with my blood sugar issues, very disappointing, would not buy it again.
