This kit comes with everything you need to have the best Glow-in-the-dark party!! My 13 year old LOVED it! There were enough balloons for a HUGE display and everything glowed with a black light.

Good set BUT the balloons were horrible
Great set everythingwas good quality except for the balloons they had a very very strong chemical smell and they were thin I ended up returning this set because of the smell other than that good product just don’t use the balloons I guess
