As my first SUP I was worried it might be too narrow for a beginner, but it was just fine. With a decent sense of balance, and after watching a 5min youtube video, I had no problem staying upright. Board is light enough to carry with one hand (<20 lbs) and handle placement is good and balanced.Seems like a quality product. It has all the accessories you need to get started: carrying backpack, leash, paddle, 2stage pump, valve tool, patch material. It doesn't have the extra accessories (dry bag, patch glue and case, etc.) of some other budget iSUPs on amazon, but it seems like that value went into the board. Seams and gluing are straight and tidy. Material is robust with lots of attachment points and handles- high centered and rotated it on an underwater branch and doesn't even have a visible scratch.The back pack is a generous size that makes it easy to fit everything back into the pack. very convenient for hauling it down stairs or to a vehicle.Paddle is budget, but is aluminum, adjustable, floats, and works.Pump is budget, but is 2 stage and works well so far.Included fin is sturdy. It survived getting caught up on underwater branches and jammed into river mud.The fin box is non-standard, ~6.25" box slot with a molded in thread at the back, so your replacement fin options may be limited. You *might* be able to fit a regular US-box fin with a base of <5.75". I will probably replace it with a standard US box at some point; easy DIY upgrade, but will wait for the 30day return window to expire first.Overall seems like a quality product, especially for the price. The budget accessories can all be upgraded, while the value seems to be put where it matters: in the board itself.

Bought this SUP on Amazon Day because I wanted a cruising board - my other board is yoga specific and paddles around the lake like a barge. This board did the job without any issues - it is a few inches more narrow and has a pointier nose built for speed, so it moves much faster through the water. The included paddle is way better than the one I got with my last SUP; it is not a throwaway. I will say that this is possibly not an ideal board for beginners - the way it's built makes it pretty tippy. The little power boat for the local crew team creates a wake on the lake I go to, and I definitely getting to rocking in a way that makes me sweat a little compared to my yoga board. That's not a quality issue, however - it's just that this board is very much built for touring and speed. So keep that in mind.

I weighed 317 and it is bouyant enough. Now getting good at it as a heavy person takes some time but worth it lots of fun.

Nice easy board but replacement fins have been hard to come by. You’d do better looking into replacement fins and buying a sup with a more common one
