Dear Jisulife my roller speed doesnt work what should i do?

Make sure you press down on the wheel to turn it on after turning the rear switch on. Then the jog wheel should work. If that doesn't help. You need to return it for a replacement.

Is the cooling effect of this fan really good?

Yes. It works good for a personal fan. Add in a cooling towel on your head and this thing is like having A/C outside.
